Postdoc Positions
Postdoc Positions are available for PhD graduates in the fields of physical chemistry, materials chemistry and optic engineering. Potential candidates should be self-motivated and show strong research interest in nano-optics and nanochemistry. Besides, they should have proficient skills in different characterization techniques such as SEM, TEM, AFM, spectroscopies, etc. Good verbal/written communication in English is preferred but not essential. Successful applicants will receive annual salary of 200k-300k RMB, depending on their experiences and performance. The tenure is two-year fixed-term with a possibility of extension to a higher level. PhD Position
We invite motivated and talented new graduate students to join our group. The multidisciplinary nature of the research in this group will provide students with a unique opportunity to participate in highly innovative, cutting-edge researches in the areas of nanophotonics and materials chemistry. Dr. Ding believes every student is a different individual that has to develop their own specialty. The students in the group will receive adequate training for their own careers. We suggest the students opt to Master-PhD combined program (2+3 or 1+4), but we are still open for 3-year PhD program if the candidates are really motivated. Undergrads
There is only a limited number of openings for undergrads. The undergrads projects are mainly for training purpose and generally guided by master or PhD students in the group. It is required, however, that the potential candidates show strong curiosity, motivation and persistency in their relevant research even if it seems a chore.
